2022 OJAI MUSIC FESTIVAL

AMOC is thrilled to serve as the Ojai Music Festival’s Music Director for its 2022 festival.

Following in the footsteps of John Adams, Mitsuko Uchida, Peter Sellars, and many other wonderful artists, AMOC is only the third ensemble to hold the position in the festival’s history, and will bring a new, multi-disciplinary approach to one of the world’s leading new-music gatherings.

AMOC’s Music Directorship will be the culmination of Ojai’s 75th anniversary celebration and the first year with its new Artistic Director, Ara Guzelimian, who describes AMOC as “a remarkable collective [who] are among the brightest and freshest artistic voices to emerge in the last few years.”
